After a night of camping at Sandvika, the family (mom, son 10 and daughter 2) decided to make a 10 på topp hike up the Lakstinden. After walking from our tent spot to the start of the trail we had to open and duck under a little fence. Afterwards it was a bit of a muddy start followed by a very nice path up the side of the mountain. The views were amazing and after a couple of breaks to catch our breath we got up to the first level point. The flies were a bit annoying and the kids got bit by a few mosquitoes but otherwise it was awesome. After leveling out for a bit we crossed a small stream (with a bridge where our daughter started singing a song about trolls) we started the larger, steeper hike up the mountain. Here the trail was at times hard to follow and there was a fair amount of loose >>>
