From Innersand (Fredvang) by popular waymarked path to Ryten, traverse small paths to Middagstind, descend narrow NE ridge including scramble to Yttersand-heia, down and up to Litletind and up to Mulstotinden and Roren, descent to Yttersand. A great tour round green tops with great views. Mostly not busy, but Ryten popular as far as turbok at viewpoint. Summit very quiet.
