Started from Mefjordbotneidet p-lomme (parkingspot just before the Ørnfjorden tunnel). Headed along the trail towards Daven, up to Daven (20min) and then back to the trail towards Grytetippen/Keipen. Went up to Grytetippen, reached it 1h 50min after starting point at the parkingspot. Stayed about 30 minutes on the top. Then headed for Keipen, reached the top after about 35 minutes, stayed at Keipen for about 20 minutes. The trip down from Keipen to the Mefjordbotneidet p-lomme took about 1h. Good weather and really nices views from the tops. Parts quite steep, Grytetippen and Keipen is marked as red trails (from the rating easy-hard - green, blue, red, black) Daven is green.
