Fra Arngeirs log: From the round-about where road A91 turns east, north-east of Stirling, drive 14.9 km (9.3 mi) east on A91 to Dollar. Turn left where signed for "Castle Campbell" and drive approximately 1.5 km (0.9 mi) to the end of the road, following signs for "Castle Campbell". Park at the designated places on the right hand side of the road. Start your hike by following the road uphill a few metres and then fork left downhill to the road going to the castle. Turn right onto a well defined path after 300 metres, just before the castle. Follow this path towards north, through two hair-pin bends, through a gate, and then along the stream.
