Rain, mud and bushwacking. And getting semi-lost in the forest. The trip up was very fast with the old roads. Some bushwacking the last 400m or so, no trail, and some steep bushy sections which I wanted to avoid for the return so I went down the other way. Started raining like hell on the top. Met a big goddam deer who was as surprised to see me as I was. Headed down on the normal trail. Towards the bottom I took a shortcut to get back to the main road and ended up next to a bull who luckily got more freaked out than I did. Not my favorite trip and shortcuts are not paying off so far.
