Another wonderful day in Rondane. Started from Smuksjoseter towards Peer Gynt hytta. I took the shorter route over Solsidevassberget and had amazing views towards Svartknatten & Smiubelgen. Weather was sunny, cloudy, windy, cold and even warm (when sun was shining fully for few minutes). Started ascending Bråkdalsbelgen with partly sunny sky, when I reached 1500m the wind was getting stronger and stronger, rocks very icy and the mountain was covered in snow. I checked yr.no and it didn't look promising, Knud-storm was pushing dangerously strong winds to mountains so I had no choice but turn back to Peer Gynt hytta.
