Trying some rock climbing at the Bergkraxlersteig

The plan was to try out some rock climbing (with experienced friends) and so we drove to Bad Fischau in the south of Vienna, where we wished to explore the Bergkraxlersteig a little. I first got tested a little (on a stretch marked with A/B), before we walked around to try another route (now marked B/C). Since also this worked well, we made another return to the starting location for also trying a third route (now marked C/D), including one place with an overhang. Even though I was kind of clear up-front that I for sure would not attempt the overhang, my lovely friends still thought that it would be doable and so I (we) tried. Well, I got over it, but it became clear that this was clearly the limit (for me)! :-) After this nice climbing exercise, we then enjoyed a short stay at the Thermalbad >>>
