Our 40th Wedding anniversary was spent in the sunshine on Lofoten. What could be better?
We had coffee and waffles at Heimbrygge then climbed Skrovafjell. We climbed by the north side, and saw willow grouse on the way. We traversed the summit Ridge and found a sheltered corner for drink and Kvikk Lunsj. Descended to the shoulder by the house then by the eroded path to the col at the head of the ski trail. Then down by the ski trail and back to Nøtnes for final packing and departure.
