Started from The Scottish Parliament, followed Volunteer's Walk eastward, via The Dry Dam to Piper's Walk, which led us to the top. Good foot path all the way, up until about 200 metres from the top, where a little bit of scrambling was required.

Downhill we went straight down to Dunsapie Loch and followed Queen's Drive past St Margaret's Loch back to The Scottish Parliament.

    Me and Chris ascended Arthur's Seat on the very same day. Strange coincidence, could have been a Peakbooksummit mini in theory. How come you go to Scotland so frequently?

      What a coincidence! If you saw someone with two unruly plastic bags blowing in the wind, that was me :)

      I just love Scotland. Edinburgh, the highlands and isles, the nature, the myths, the bagpipe music... And as I don't like too hot a weather, my vacations seldom goes anywhere warmer than 25 degrees ;)
