arngeir (Arngeir Syversen) Fra Arngeirs rapport: From Garvin, on the Scottish south-west coast, drive 33.0 km (20.5 mi) to Bargrennan. Drive another 2.2 km (1.4 mi) and turn right towards Glen Trool. Drive 1.1 km (0.7 mi) and then 5.3 km (3.3 mi) to the upper car park in Glen Trool. Park wherever you find a free parking lot, or drive down to the lower car park. From the upper car park locate the Merrick trail sign. Follow this path the first 600 metres and then head a little uphill. Follow the path 1.5 km further and turn a little right, and then pass through a gate. Take on the slightly steeper hill and continue up to Benyellary. Rapport skrevet av: arngeir (Arngeir Syversen) From Arrochar, where roads A83 and A814 intersect, drive A83 1.2 km (0.75 mi) in the direction of Inveraray. Turn left onto the car park and find parking where there's an allowed space. From the car park head 60 metres south from the car park, cross the road, and then head take on the good path. Leave the path on a rougher path and follow this path all the way to the summit, which is marked by a summit cairn. From Beinn Narnain head north-west and later north/north-west, and aim for the saddle between Beinn Narnain and The Cobbler. Walk directly uphill and head for an obvious point where you have a slightly higher point out towards the left. From here traverse ten metres or so and creep through a hole in the rock formation. Fra arngeir (Arngeir Syversen) rapport: Start measuring from Killin, at the west end of Loch Tay. Find the exit towards "Moirlanich Longhouse", on the south side of the river, and follow it past the Longhouse and up to where it meets another road. Turn left and follow this merged road a total of 2.6 km (1.6 mi). Note the exit towards Meall Ghaordaidh approximately 100 metres before you get to the only car park opportunity, which is where you need to park (on the right hand side of the road, where it's slightly wider). Start your hike by walking 100 metres back towards the exit to Meall Ghaordaidh and turn left through a gate. Follow the clear dirt road a few hundred metres, cross another gate, and head uphill towards another fence. Cross this fence and now take on the long hill going towards the summit. When you >>>
